This IS AUTHENTIC JAPANESE SUSHI!! We decided to treat ourselves to
sushi for lunch yesterday and we happened upon Asako Sushi. We entered
the restaurant and we were the only patrons. At first I
was nervous....Canyon Country isn't known for it's sushi. Then, as we sat down, we were
greeted by Asako. Very nice, beautiful spirit! The place was so clean
and beautiful. Once we received our first order of sushi we decided to
let Asako make all our choices for us. It would be an insult to
ad soy sauce or wasabi to any of the sushi that was prepared.
Each one carefully crafted with it's own special homemade sauce. Tasting the flavor of fish to it's fullest potential is always a treat! Not only
was this an amazing visit, Asako was humorous and charming.
We drank, we laughed, we were treated like royalty! This place is a true gem and we are so happy and thankful to have found such an amazing place!
